Fruit cake, Chocolate, Madiera sponges and cream fillings with a selection of flavours available. For the chocolate cakes i use a fine Belgian chocolate which is mixed with double cream for a luxary chocolate ganache. You can choose from dark, milk or white chocolate. Also a choice of chocolate cigarellos.
